COURSE DESCRIPTION
Our courses consist of 35 hours of project management training in a classroom environment. The course is comprehensive, relevant, and focused on a single goal: Equipping students with the knowledge and techniques they need to pass PMI's Project Management Professional certification exam.
We will cover each of the 5 major project management processes, including inputs, outputs, tools, techniques, and terminology. How each process relates to the 9 project management knowledge areas. The project management framework and how processes flow within it.
Practice assessments given at the end of module, coupled with a full mock exam on the last day; prepares our students not only to pass the test, but also apply the project management framework and principles to their projects.

8am - 5pm 5:30pm - 8:30pm Self Study 8am - 4pm
** Lunch is provided on Saturday and Sunday, and light dinner on all weekday classes.
