REGISTRATION
Your payment guarantees your registration. The only way to reserve a seat in a class is by making full payment.
REFUNDS
Because of high demand, many of our courses sell out, and students often register over six months in advance to insure that they have a seat. We allow students to cancel their registration any time before 30 days prior to your originally scheduled course date. Within 30 days prior to the class, your registration fee is non-refundable; however, you may still take advantage of our class change policy.
CLASS CHANGES
You may request to reschedule or change your class location or the date of your class free of charge as long as you do so more than fourteen calendar days prior to your scheduled class date. We will work with you to honor your request as space allows. If you need to reschedule within fourteen days of your class (that is, fourteen days or less), you will be charged $250. If you need to reschedule your class, please call our office at (910) 539.4952.
COURSE LOCATION CHANGES
H2H Global Solutions reserves the right to change the location of a class as long as it is in the same general vicinity as the original location. However this is not a typical occurrence.
NO SHOW POLICY
Upon completing your registration, H2H Global Solutions will reserve a seat for you in that class. Any rescheduling must be done in advance per our written policy above (see Class Changes). In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled class and you did not reschedule with H2H Global Solutions by the previous business day, you will be charged $500 to transfer your registration to another class.
